| Thank you for visiting us. I (Tina Kane) have been in real estate since 1998 and grew up in the Coleraine area in Itasca County. Currently I reside on Pokegama Lake, south of Grand Rapids. I have been the Top Producing Realtor at Coldwell Banker Northwoods Realty for the last 10 years. I have been a member of the International Presidents Elite, President's Circle and the International Presidents Premier which is one of the highest Sales Associate honors within Coldwell Banker Real Estate Corp. These designations are presented to the top 4% sales associates across the country. I was also ranked the #1 sales associate in the state of Minnesota for the Coldwell Banker franchise system in 2009.

Cathy Beddoe Carlson has worked in the real estate business since 1988 and a licensed Realtor for 20 years, served as a Director and a past President of the Itasca Co. Board of Realtors. She grew up in the Grand Rapids area and spent many summers on Burrows Lake, north of Grand Rapids. Cathy currently resides in Trout Lk. Township east of Grand Rapids.
Jenny McClure grew up just west of Grand Rapids in the Deer River area and has been a Realtor for 8 years. Jenny currently resides on a great little fishing lake north of Grand Rapids.
Lynn Ranger has been a Realtor for 8 years and she currently resides in LaPrairie on the east edge of Grand Rapids. Lynn serves as a Director for the Itasca Co. Board of Realtors and is a member of BNI (Business Network International).
The 4 of us grew up in the surrounding area which helps us know the area and its lakes well.
