Cathy Beddoe Carlson has been a Realtor since 1990 and has worked for Coldwell Banker Northwoods Realty since 1993. Cathy has served as a Director and President in the past for the Itasca County Board of Realtors. She enjoys spending any free time camping & fishing at any of the local lakes.

Lynn Ranger has been a Realtor since 2002 and has been a part of Coldwell Banker Northwoods Realty since 2010. She has served as a past Director for the Itasca Co. Board of Realtors. Lynn enjoys spending any free time taking in a show at the Myles Reif Performing Arts Center or browsing the unique shops of Grand Rapids.

Jamie O’Toole Bemidji State Graduate, former business owner, wife and mother of three adult boys. “I feel fortunate to have raised my boys here in Minnesota’s Northwoods.
