Cathy Beddoe Carlson has been a Realtor since 1990 and has worked for Coldwell Banker Northwoods Realty since 1993. Cathy has served as a Director and President in the past for the Itasca County Board of Realtors. She enjoys spending any free time camping & fishing at any of the local lakes.

Tim Skelly was born and raised in the Grand Rapids area and greatly enjoys all-things northern Minnesota has to offer. He and his wife, Diane, raised their two children in the area, and now spend their free time together traveling or out on the boat as much as they can. in his spare time, he can be found at the family cabin walking through the woods or hunting deer, ducks, grouse and turkey. Tim plays hard, works harder and takes real estate very seriously. Tim's real estate career began in 2001, and he has been a part of Coldwell Banker Northwoods Realty since 2013. He is grateful to have joined Coldwell and worked as part of Tina's Team, which is now known as the Up North Team. During his tenure as a Realtor, he also served as a Director for the Itasca County Board of Realtors. Tim's knowledge of Grand Rapids and the surrounding area is extensive, rooted in a lifetime of experience. He is passionate about securing the best, fair deals for his clients. Lynn Ranger has been a Realtor since 2002 and has been a part of Coldwell Banker Northwoods Realty since 2010. She has served as a past Director for the Itasca Co. Board of Realtors. Lynn enjoys spending any free time taking in a show at the Myles Reif Performing Arts Center or browsing the unique shops of Grand Rapids.

Jamie O’Toole has been a Realtor since 2015 and started her Real Estate career with Coldwell Banker Northwoods Realty. She currently serves as a Director for the Itasca County Board of Realtors. Jamie enjoys spending any free time taking in the outdoors whether it is fishing, camping, etc.
