Growing up in a real estate-focused family, Fiona's childhood was immersed in the world of property management and
investment. Instead of babysitting or mowing the lawn, she accompanied her father, a seasoned real estate agent, and spent countless hours maintaining college rental units, attending showings, and hosting open houses to earn allowance and invaluable experience.
"HGTV soon replaced cartoons, fueling my interest in learning the nuances of what makes a house a home and investment opportunity," said Peterson.
This early exposure sparked her passion for property evaluation, negotiation, and the excitement of perfectly matching a property with its ideal owner or investor. At 23, she purchased her first property, marking the beginning of her journey as a homeowner and investor.

Dan's real estate journey began in 2011 shortly after relocating to Grand Rapids. He acquired his initial rental property and has consistently expanded his investment portfolio ever since under the name Wings & Water Realty.
Dan explained, "I am a commercially licensed pilot, which offers the unique opportunity to showcase your dream lake home or acreage from a captivating aerial perspective—a viewpoint unmatched by any other." 
Notably, Dan takes pride in the creation of the Itasca Hometown Heroes program, which remains a program offered by Wings & Water Realty. Dan contributes a portion of his commission to clients actively serving, retired, or reserve military personnel, law enforcement officers, firefighters, healthcare providers, EMS, or educators. To date, they have given back over $100,000 to support these community Heroes.
